Under the Hazard Communication Standard, OSHA requires you to have an accessible MSDS Sheet for all hazardous chemicals in your dental office. When you buy a chemical, the manufacturer is required to provide a copy of the MSDS. If it is not included in the same package with the chemical, you can contact the manufacturer and ask them to fax or mail the MSDS to you.
